Richmond-based Direct Theatre Collective is hosting a pair of digital screenings this week as part of BC Culture Days.

Where Women Gather, a hybrid film-theatre documentary, will be streamed tomorrow (Oct. 12) at 8 p.m. It features filmed scenes from the live show HYSTERIA and discussions with the creators that explore consent, community, and healing in a post-“Me Too” society.Because of its subject matter, the film is recommended for those aged 16-plus.

verisimilitude, the team’s 2022 Fringe production, will stream on Thursday (Oct. 13) at 8 p.m. The show explores the possibility of a digital world and also incorporates some projected film elements.
