CBC Kids Book Club visits Richmond Public Library

CBC Kids Book Club Live is going on a west coast road trip. CBC Kids hosts Janaye and Gary the Unicorn are sharing their love of reading in-person at three special library events in the Vancouver area, May 5 to 7. The visits will include musical story times featuring special guest authors, plus meet and greets, crafts, games, and more.
Sunday, May 7, 1 to 4 p.m at Richmond Library and Cultural Centre, 7700 Minoru Gate.
CBC Kids Book Club Live shows with Janaye and Gary at 1:30, 2:30, and 3:30 p.m.
Special guests: Samantha Beyond, author of Oolichan Moon, Karen Autio, author of I Can, Too!
Meet and greets with authors, Janaye and Gary will be held between shows, starting at 1 p.m.
On-site activities for kids include creating their own picture books and bookmarks, and Lumoplay, a fun interactive station where kids can walk in the hooves and paws of their CBC Kids friends, as well as raffle for a special Book Club Prize Pack, and the opportunity toe appear on CBC Kids.
