Charlotte Diamond and her son, Matt, once
again invite the children of Richmond to bring their parents to the annual free
concert, Holiday Delight, at Lansdowne Centre Shopping Mall at 1 p.m. Saturday,
Nov. 18.
Diamond says, “As Lansdowne is celebrating
their 40th anniversary, it will be a special show.”
In addition to Lansdowne’s accomplishment,
2017 saw Charlotte Diamond receive the Order of Canada, our nation’s equivalent
to a knighthood, for her service to Canadian children for over two generations.
Singer of the songs of childhood for millions
of families throughout the years, Diamond is well-known for “Four Hugs a Day”,
May There Always be Sunshine,” “Each of Us Is a Flower,” “The Hug Bug,” and “I
am a Pizza” (Je suis une pizza).
Singing in English, French and Spanish,
Charlotte and Matt go around the world musically during their concerts as well
as literally during their tours.
Charlotte and son, Matt, invite parents and
kids to “Bring bells, maracas and shakers to welcome Santa and the Holiday
Season with “Feliz Navida,”, “Zulu Carol,”, “Bonjour l’hiver” (Hello Winter)
and “Silver Bells.”
Charlotte will be autographing her books and
CD’s and visiting with families after the concert.

parents, aunts, uncles or grandparents in tow and start practising your “Four
Hugs a Day” now.
