The 2023 CARHA Athlete March will commence at 4:50 p.m. from the Hilton Vancouver Airport Hotel and proceed west along Elmbridge Way, then north along Hollybridge Way and west along River Road, ending at the Richmond Olympic Oval at approximately 5:30 p.m.

The March of Athletes for the CARHA Hockey World Cup occurs Sunday, Mar. 19.
Richmond RCMP advises drivers of road closures beginning at 4:30 p.m.
Gilbert Road at Elmbridge Way, Elmbridge Way between Minoru Blvd and the Richmond Olympic Oval will be affected.
