The Richmond Art Coalition is proud to announce the online premiere of Let’s Celebrate Together – Part 3, now available at youtube.com/watch?v=d9STFzDDOJ0.
On Saturday, February 25, 2023, the Richmond Arts Coalition recorded ‘Let’s Celebrate Together - Part 3’ at the Murakami Boatworks at Britannia Shipyard in historic Steveston Village, a beautiful setting for this unique show. For this celebration, artists were brought together from diverse backgrounds and artistic genres. Each group of artists first highlight and celebrate their own art form and culture with a performance, then collaborate together to create something new.
For Let’s Celebrate Together - Part 3, we are proud to have worked with Uzume Taiko Community Players, paper collage artist Jean Garnett, and the Westburn Wranglers Square Dance Club. There is also an open call for local artists for Let’s Celebrate Together - Part 4, with a deadline of April 4, to apply: richmondartscoalition.com/news/artist-call-lets-celebrate-youtube.com/c/richmondartscoalition.
The Richmond Arts Coalition (RAC) is a voice for artists and the arts in Richmond. A volunteer-led organization, RAC offers opportunities for artists and the arts within Richmond, informs artists and assists with innovative ideas, connects artists, businesses, and audiences, and engages and advocates for the arts community.
