Grounds for Coffee will be celebrating its 30th anniversary. Since opening its doors in 1993, Grounds for Coffee has become a beloved institution in Vancouver's coffee scene, serving up delicious coffee and handmade cinnamon buns made with locally-sourced ingredients.
As one of the oldest coffee shops in Vancouver, Grounds for Coffee has become a staple of the community, with its cinnamon buns becoming a must-try treat for visitors to the city. Today, the coffee shop has two locations in Vancouver, it’s flagship cafe at 10th and Alma and its newest spot on the Drive which opened in 2019. Countless cinnamon buns have been rolled over the last three decades and Grounds for Coffee’s commitment to quality and community remains as strong as ever.
To celebrate this milestone, both the Alma and Commercial Drive cafes will be hosting a Buy One Get One (BOGO) bun day on May 10, 2023 only. Customers can enjoy one free cinnamon bun with the purchase of another, and are invited to join in the festivities.
"We're so proud to have been a part of Vancouver's coffee scene for 30 years," said Grounds for Coffee founder and Richmondite, Dan Hilton. "Our commitment to quality and community has never wavered, and we're excited to celebrate this milestone with our loyal customers."
The BOGO bun day will be available at both the Alma and Commercial Drive locations on May 10, 2023 only, with one BOGO per customer.
