Dream Lottery tickets support BC Children’s Hospital

Tickets are now on sale, with proceeds going toward research initiatives at BC Children’s Hospital.

“BC Children’s is the only hospital in B.C. devoted exclusively to children, and through the funds raised through Dream Lottery ticket sales, we can help advance research that will transform health care for kids across the province,” said Teri Nicholas, president and CEO of BC Children’s Hospital Foundation. “The revenue that Dream Lottery generates supports researchers who work tirelessly to discover new treatments and cures that will raise the level of care for the more than 93,000 kids who receive care at the hospital each year.”

The winner of Dream Lottery can choose one of eight grand prize dream packages:

• 1156 Habgood Street, White Rock (open daily 11 a.m. – 5 p.m.)

• 1586 Duncan Drive, Tsawwassen (open daily 12 p.m. – 5 p.m.)

• Plateau by Foxridge Homes (two homes) - 16538 25A Avenue & 16542 25A Avenue, South Surrey (not open for viewing)

• The Commonage at Predator Ridge – 209 Ashcroft Place, Vernon (opens Aug. 19, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. daily)

• Pinnacle on the Park – 1708 Ontario Street, Vancouver (completed Dec. 2019)

• Capital Park Residences – TH07, 560 Michigan Street, Victoria (not open for viewing)

• The Kingston – 1768 Crowne Isle Drive, Courtenay (Open for tours & ticket sales Aug. 2, Thurs. – Sun.: 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.)

• $2.2 million in tax-free cash.

“The Dream Lottery grand prize show homes are ideal in every way. For example, the home in White Rock is West Coast living at its finest,” said Erin Cebula, BC Children’s Hospital Dream Lottery celebrity spokesperson. “It has 6,200 square feet spread over three levels, with spectacular Mt. Baker and partial ocean views. Plus it includes $90,000 in home furnishings and accessories. Winning this home would truly be a dream come true.”

Dream Lottery ticket prices are: Three-packs for $100, six-packs for $175, nine-packs for $250, and 20-packs for $500. The lottery also includes extra games: the 50/50 PLUS jackpot with a maximum prize payout up to $1,140,000 (depending on the number of tickets sold), and the Daily Cash PLUS with 102 prizes and $345,000 in prizes available to be won.
