Police seeking witnesses after pedestrian hit by vehicle

Richmond RCMP is seeking witnesses to an Oct. 13 incident in which a pedestrian was hit by a vehicle.
The collision is believed to have happened between 8 and 10:30 p.m. near No. 5 and River roads. The victim suffered significant injuries to his head and back. A vehicle, believed to be the suspect vehicle, has since been located.
