Now that the Brighouse bus loop, just south of the Canada Line Station at No. 3 Road and Buswell Street, is up and running as of last month, TransLink is turning its focus to the future Capstan Station.

A virtual open house begins today as part of the design advisory process. The open house runs for one week only until Nov. 23.

“The open house showcases artist renderings of the proposed site plan, layout, and design rationale,” says TransLink spokesperson Dan Mountain. “As part of the virtual open house, people can also have their say by submitting feedback and suggestions about the station design. Feedback can be filled out in the survey at translink.ca/capstan, or by emailing questions to capstan@translink.ca.

The Brighouse bus mall, which replaces the on-street exchange on No. 3 Road, features 10 bays with four of those dedicated to loading and unloading, five reserved for layovers, and one for HandyDart pick-up and drop-off.
