Premier John Horgan today hinted that new public health orders will likely be brought in by Provincial health officer Dr. Bonnie Henry during her regular COVID-19 press conference tomorrow.
“Dr. Henry will have more to say about gyms and other businesses as she finalizes the orders she will bring in,” Horgan said.
During his statement, he also announced that the new caucus will be sworn in next Tuesday (Nov. 24), followed by the cabinet on Thursday (Nov. 26). A brief Legislature session will begin Dec. 7, where Horgan says further discussion will ensue on how to address the challenges of the pandemic. Most members will take part virtually, but members who already live on Vancouver Island will likely be physically present in the Legislature.
