Hazmat incident at Canada Post sorting facility on Sea Island

At least two people have been taken by ambulance to hospital following a hazardous materials incident at Canada Post’s new sorting facility on Ferguson Road on Sea Island, north of the Vancouver International Airport.
According to helicopter footage from CTV Vancouver, a firefighter was being hosed off with water by another firefighter after people were brought out of the giant facility.
And two people were seen being loaded into ambulances on stretchers.
CTV Vancouver reports that police helped evacuate the building.
