Richmond Cares, Richmond Gives is teaming up for a workshop on leadership.
A combined initiative with Trinity Western University, Effective Organizational Leadership for Pandemic Times, is designed for non-profit professionals, volunteers and board members who play leadership roles at their organizations.
Taking place virtually April 20, the hour-long session with Dr. Adrienne Castellon, the Associate Dean for the Masters of Leadership at Trinity Western, will explore research-based competencies for effective non-profit leaders, and will provide actionable practices that you can apply at your own organization.
The non-profit sector has adapted remarkably well to the pandemic. Organizations have found ways to continue serving their clients, whether by offering their services virtually, or by carefully implementing new health and safety protocols. Much of this has come down to excellent leadership.
