Richmond mixed martial arts champion Arjan Singh Bhullar is hosting a drop-in Gurdwara meet and greet this weekend.
The first ever Sikh MMA world champion, who was crowned the ONE Fight Championship heavyweight title last weekend in Singapore, is inviting the public to help mark this historic achievement from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday (May 22) at the Gurdwara Nanak Niwas at 8600 No. 5 Rd. Local families are invited to drop by for photos with Bhullar, as he encourages others from the community to follow his path. The meet and greet will follow COVID-19 safety protocols, including respecting physical distancing. All those attending are required to wear masks.
