To support passengers in their journey through the Vancouver International Airport (YVR), is providing weekly passengers forecasts, busiest days, and times for travellers, number of destinations served, and important reminders and tips.
For the week of May 23 to 28, YVR is expecting an average of approximately 61,307 passengers per day for a total of 367,838 for the week, connecting these travellers to 96 destinations across Canada and the world.
Within this week, Friday and Sunday are expected to be the busiest travel days with 62,959 and 63,224 passengers expected, respectively.
During this period, in 2019, YVR saw 66,914 average daily passengers for a total of 401,489 for the week.
