Metro Vancouver will be working at the intersection of Petts Road and Gilbert Road for approximately six weeks. During this time, traffic on Gilbert Road will be reduced to a single lane in each direction. In addition, from Nov. 6 to 8, the intersection will be closed to all through traffic for 72 consecutive hours.
Drivers, pedestrians, and cyclists are asked to follow signage and traffic control personnel. Crews will make efforts to reduce impacts wherever possible. Emergency vehicle routes will be maintained at all times. All work will comply with the City of Richmond's bylaws or granted bylaw variances.
