The Government of Canada suggests some tips to keep youth safe amid COVID-19.
Tips for protecting youth settings
Published 10:24 PDT, Thu October 15, 2020
It may be hard to keep children and youth away from each other and their shared surfaces. But, to make things safer and to help lower the spread of COVID-19, the Government of Canada suggests:
• Guiding children and youth to have less person-to-person contact with others.
• Teaching children how to spot COVID-19 symptoms and to tell parents/guardians/teachers right away if they have them.
• Putting up signs everywhere that list the symptoms and keep children at home when they are sick.
• Reminding everyone to wash their hands often and avoid touching their face.
