Richmond is introducing an online hub to provide snapshots of city initiatives.
“City Snapshots: Planning for Growth and Development” gives an overview of initiatives in four city departments: planning and development, transportation, affordable housing and sustainability. The online page will be open starting today through Dec. 6. Visit LetsTalkRichmond.ca to explore, ask questions and leave comments.
The public will discover a variety of topics such as road network improvements, updates on agricultural land policies, commitments to housing for all and ongoing efforts to address climate change. Visitors can also view city policies and plans. All the information provided helps guide ongoing and future development and change in Richmond.
Feedback will be included in a summary to be shared with council early next year (or in early 2021) when similar projects are also planned.
