Tips for staying active safely during COVID-19

Whether at home or outdoors, the Government of Canada has some tips to help stay safe while exercising during COVID-19.
At home, it is suggested you practice good hygiene by cleaning and disinfecting any equipment.
When outdoors, engage in non-contact activities that allow spacing of 6 feet between people; practice good respiratory etiquette when running by avoiding passing pedestrians; and when out for a walk, keep your distance from runners and cyclists.
