Hospital Foundation to honour community leader

Sandy So will be presented the Milan & Maureen Ilich Award of Distinction on Sept. 24, when the Richmond Hospital Foundation celebrates the launch of its annual Community Cares Month.
A community leader, So is being recognized for her long-standing commitment and partnership with the foundation in support of local health care and her drive to help improve health care in Richmond.
The foundation will also be honouring donor contributions to the Community of Care in Richmond.

Over 30 years, Richmond Hospital Foundation has raised over $100 million to help purchase vital medical equipment, improve patient care services, and upgrade facilities at Richmond Hospital and our community of care in Richmond.
