Richmond RCMP is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing Richmond resident. 29-year old Duncan McCafferty Fowler last spoke with family members by cell phone in late March while he was at a residence in the 6900 block of Alderbridge Way.
At that time, Fowler did not appear to be under duress. However, he has not been in touch with family members for nearly six weeks now, and they are becoming concerned for his wellbeing.
Duncan Fowler is described as a 29-year-old Caucasian male, he has a slim build and is five-foot-eight, with short blonde hair and blue eyes.
