Week ahead at YVR May 29 to June 4

To support passengers in their journey through the airport, Vancouver Airport Authority (YVR) is providing weekly passengers forecasts, busiest days, and times for travellers, number of destinations served, and important reminders and tips. 

For the week of May 29 to June 4, YVR is expecting an average of approximately 63,643 passengers per day for a total of 445,500 for the week, connecting these travellers to 102 destinations across Canada and the world. 

Within this week, Friday and Sunday are expected to be the busiest travel days with 66,876 and 68,334 passengers expected, respectively. 

During this period, in 2019, YVR saw 69,736 average daily passengers for a total of 488,154 for the week.
