There are now a total of 1,066 COVID-19 cases in BC, according to a Wednesday update from Minister of Health Adrian Dix and provincial health officer Dr. Bonnie Henry.

Dix and Henry continue to recommend social distancing, but also encourage remote social connections to build a supportive network.

In addition, Global Affairs Canada has registered tens of thousands of Canadian passport holders who are looking to come home from countries heavily impacted by COVID-19. Some will begin to arrive later this week.
